Styling Packages

​All of our styling options include two consultations, a style plan, delivery, set up and collection of our displays. Distances over 10 miles from our base in Nuneaton are charged at an additional 45p per mile per trip (usually two round trips - one to set up and one to collect). Our styling options can be fully adjusted and tailored to suit your requirements. We want you to have the wedding of your dreams, and that means getting exactly what you want! All elements are interchangeable and you can also upgrade as many areas as you wish.

 

To reserve your date a non refundable £50 save the date deposit is required. Following our first consultation and after you have received your quote, a 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your date in our diary. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your wedding. 

Our examples below are based on 80 guests, 8 tables plus top table fully styled. Prices will be adjusted accordingly if your numbers are different.

OUR Process (Full Styling Services)

Step 1 – Save the Date

First of all check with us if your wedding date is available – A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to reserve the date in our diary*.

Step 2 - Le's Meet Up!

We offer 2 complimentary consultations (one at the start and one about 3 months prior to your wedding date), these can be held either at your chosen venue or at a location agreed such as a local coffee shop etc. to discuss all your needs and vision in person. While we are more than happy to provide unlimited contact via email and phone during the whole process, additional meetings, consultations, venue showings etc. will be an additional charge of £50 each.

Step 3 - Say Yes!

Following our meeting we will send you a styling quotation detailing all that we discussed in our consultation. You can request unlimited changes to these documents, however, if you are happy with the contents all you need to do is sign the styling quotation, agree to our T&C’s and return these to us along with your 50% non-refundable deposit. (Styling quotations are valid for one month from the date of issue.)

Step 4 - Styling Plan

Once we have received your signed quotation & 50% non-refundable deposit we will get to work on your full styling plan. This will be sent to you within 6 weeks of receiving your signed quotation. Again feel free to contact us as many times as you wish to make any changes or amendments.

Step 5 - Let's Catch Up

Around three months before your wedding date we will have your final complimentary catch up to go over the styling plan and discuss any changes that may be necessary and confirm your requirements for your wedding day. At this point, we will ask you for contact details of any other suppliers you have chosen that we may need to liaise with.

Step 6 - Finishing Touches

Following our catch up meeting we will send you your final styling invoice. This will take into account any changes (if any) that were discussed at the catch up meeting. Payment of this final styling invoice is required 8 weeks before your wedding date. If you need to make any changes following your final payment, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

*This date is reserved until the expiry date of your styling quotation, which is sent to you following our first consultation. Should your quotation validity lapse unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of our items/services.
